However, sometimes damage occurs and we need to be notified promptly in order to serve you better. Please call our customer service department at 800-710-8122 or email email@example.com before returning any merchandise.
All return requests for unwanted items must be made within 24hrs of receiving the order. A 20% restocking charge will apply. Only sealed, UNUSED merchandise in its original packaging will be accepted.
Edible food products (including all petal & luster dusts, highlighters, colorings, disco dust, dragees, etc.), books, videos, cake pans, cake dummies, chocolate transfer sheets, discounted items, seasonal items and special orders are NOT returnable unless you receive them damaged. If you do receive them damaged, please see the Damaged Goods. Merchandise over 7 days old (from invoice date) may not be returned. No refund on return shipping.
Call our customer service number at 1-800-710-8122 to report damaged goods within 24hrs of receipt of product. Save your shipping box! It needs to be inspected by the carrier. Claims cannot be made for damaged goods if the box is discarded. Enclose the sales receipt from Icing on the Cake, Inc (icingonlinestore) (or photocopy of original). A return merchandise authorization will be given. Unacceptable returns will be returned to the customer at the customer’s expense.
Once a return package is received a refund will be issued through your PayPal account as long as all conditions of our return policy have been met or we can ship out a replacement item.
Oops! Our Mistake: we shipped the wrong item! First, call our customer service line at 800-710-8122 or email firstname.lastname@example.org within 24hrs of receiving your package and we will correct our error. PLEASE do not ship the item back before calling and receiving a return authorization.
Refused Orders: Any orders sent to a customer that are refused will be charged the shipping costs plus a restocking fee of 20%.
IMPORTANT: Any concerns with regards to your order must notify “Icing on the Cake, Inc” within 24hrs of receipt of shipment. Failure to do so within the time frame may result in losing the right to compensation.
